Welcome to opening night of The Murder at Haversham Manor where things are quickly going from bad to utterly disastrous. With an unconscious leading lady, a corpse that can’t play dead, and actors who trip over everything (including their lines).
From the Directors
Welcome to The Village Players production of “The Play That Goes Wrong”. This started out last summer with a couple of guys saying, “What would be a fun show to do?” and this is our idea of fun.
First and foremost, we want to thatnk this all star cast, which includes the stage crew. Every one of them has carried a show at one time or another. They all checked their egos at the door and pulled together as a team. They were prepared and willing to do anything we threw at them.
We want to thank the Techs who put it all together. Lights, sound, stage crew, costumes, set crew. Their magic put the polish on this show you are going to see. There are countless more who put a community theatre production together. Tickets, publicity, house, ushers, posters and the list goes on and on. All volunteers willing to do what needs to be done.
Lastly, thank you Joshua Spaulding, Joyce Wood and Dana Gardner. A producer, assistant director and stage manager that made our jobs so much easier.

Meet the Cast
Christian Boudman
Chris Bean (Inspector Carter)
Christian has been having a blast working with such a talented cast and crew on this show! He’s appeared in over twenty Village Players productions (what?) including Kiss Me Kate, Spamalot!, Seussical the Musical, The Drunkard, Leading Ladies, and recently, the award winning Escanaba in da Moonlight. Christian lives in Wolfeboro and when not on stage somewhere in NH, he can be found in his VFX studio working on cool TV and movie projects or hanging out with his wife, (State Rep!) Bobbi Boudman, son Jackson and hound dog, Alice.
Jonathan Flower
Robert Grove (Thomas Colleymore)
Jonathan has discovered he has nothing worth sharing in a bio. He leads a boring life, but enjoys theatre because he gets to pretend to be someone interesting for a change.
He’s married to the wonderful Kate, but has no idea why she loves him. Jonathan has two cats but only wants one (let him know if you want a cat).
Theatre has been a part of his life for many years and this has given him the opportunity to befriend some amazing people, play some fun roles, and generally add spice to an otherwise blasé existence.

Kaylin Gagne
Annie Twilloil (Stage Manager)
Kaylin, a Village Players veteran, is very excited to come back and play on this stage once more. Past credits include “Louise” in Gypsy (Village Players), “Dinah” in South Pacific (Seacoast Repertory Theater), “Rose Arnott” in Enchanted April (Act One).
When not running around on stage, you can find her choreographing musicals, teaching kids how to dance, and running around with her 3-year-old, Ava. She would like to thank her family and friends for their support and dedicates this crazy performance to Ava, her biggest cheerleader and lover of all things silly and chaotic.

Dana Gardner

Dana, of Gilford, is delighted to make his first appearance at The Village Players and to work with such talented, dedicated, and fun people. Some favorite past on-stage roles include “Santa” in Elf–The Musical (Powerhouse Theatre Collaborative), “Lazar Wolf” in Fiddler on the Roof (Powerhouse Theatre Collaborative), “Shylock” in Something Rotten! (Powerhouse Theatre Collaborative), “Mayor” in Inherit the Wind (Winnipesaukee Playhouse), “Branagan” in Guys and Dolls (Winnipesaukee Playhouse), “The Sheik” in Don’t Drink the Water (Winnipesaukee Playhouse), and “Boss” in Of Mice and Men (Winnipesaukee Playhouse).
He thought he knew his right from wrong until this hilarious production.
Jeremy Hardin

Jeremy Hardin is a relative newcomer to acting. Starring in his first role as “Bob Bradley” in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever (The Village Players, Dec. 2024). In his second role, he was selected as a finalist for Best Supporting Actor in a Community Play for his role as “Jimmer Negamanee” in Escanaba in da Moonlight (The Village Players).

Sarah Kuhn
Sandra Wilkinson (Florence Colleymore)
Sarah is excited to be back for a second show at The Village Players. She was last here in Calendar Girls (Summer 2025). She had a year of comedy in between, also performing in It Runs in The Family, Moon Over Buffalo, and Godspell.
She is grateful to be a part of another hilarious production and is so excited to work with such an amazing cast and crew!
Jon Long
Cornley Drama Society Stage Crew
Jon Long is making his debut with the Village Players after a 45-year hiatus from the stage, following his last high school performance when he mooned the audience as a farewell gesture! He is now a local who has been coming to Wolfeboro since Neil Armstrong landed on said moon. You may recognize him as your prior postal package delivery guy, that is until he ran into one too many mailboxes, which ended that lucrative career. After a disastrous audition the directors decided he was better off backstage. You may hear him tripping over props and missing cues.
Julie Mills

Julie is so happy to be in her 2nd show at The Village Players. After playing “Captain Jennings” in The Lady Pirates of Captain Bree, she caught the theater bug… BAD! She loved volunteering at KHS this spring as an adult mentor for their festival show and is excited to assist with the school’s fall musical. She’s cheating on The Play That Goes Wrong with Kingswood’s summer adult musical, The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals. Julie is making her choreography debut, and will also be on-stage, playing the delightfully unhinged “Professor Hidgens”. She can’t wait to do another show with some of her other Village Players buddies!
Julie would like to thank her husband, Brad, for his unwavering support, as well as Delilah, Sawyer, & Daphne – “your encouragement is what got me back on stage!”
AJ O’Neil
Dennis Tyde (Perkins)
AJ is thrilled to be returning once more to The Village Players stage, acting regularly with the troop for the past four years. He has enjoyed playing in six prior Village Players shows including Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Sweeney Todd, Bye Bye Birdie, and just last year: Escanaba in the Moonlight!
He wants to thank his family and friends for their unwavering support, his lovely partner of course, and all the new friends he made along the way, having recently come off an exciting run of Little Shop of Horrors (Nasson Little Theater) portraying “The Dentist”.
Bob Rautenberg
Jonathan Harris (Charles Haversham)
Robert (Bob) Rautenberg began acting in the 70s at Robinson Elementary School in Mrs. Alison’s Class. Through the years he would find one theater or another that would take him, including the ACT (Army Community Theater) during his stint in the army. Eventually Bob landed here in Wolfeboro. He’s had more years working in theater than not being with a theater group. Some of his favorite roles include “Sgt. Toomey” in Biloxi Blues, “Judas” in Godspell, “History Professor” and “God” in Spamalot and more recently “Ranger Tom” in Escanaba in da Moonlight.

Paul Stewart
Trevor Watson (Lighting and Sound Operator)
Paul is very excited to be back on The Village Players stage after a 6-year hiatus! Some other well-known roles Paul has had are “Horton” in Seussical the Musical, “Mitch Mahoney” in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and “Marcellus Washburn” in The Music Man. Paul also recently co-directed Escabana in da Moonlight and directed Sweeney Todd!
Outside of theater, Paul is a proud dad and a high school baseball coach! Paul would love to thank his wife, Chelsea, for being the rock in the family, allowing him to be outside the house with all his extracurricular activities! He would also like to make a special shoutout to his 5-year-old twin girls, Amelia and Zoe!

Bob Tuttle
Max Bennett (Cecil Haversham/Arthur the Gardener)
Bob has been with The Wolfeboro Village Players since 2009, performing in many shows. Some of his favorite shows and roles include Spamalot, Once Upon a Mattress, “Fagan in Oliver and more recently, “Perelli” in Sweeney Todd. Bob has directed two comedy shows with The Village Players, Biloxi Blues and Fox on the Fairway. He has also been involved in building many of the sets seen at The Village Players. In this production of The Play That Goes Wrong, he plays the actor “Max” who plays characters, “Cecil” and “Arthur”.
